Step 1 – Initial Assessment
Once you enroll, you’ll complete a short nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire inside the app. This allows us to evaluate your goals, current eating habits, body composition, training schedule, and daily routine so we can build a plan that actually fits your life.
Step 2 – Personalized Nutrition Plan
Based on your assessment, you’ll receive a customized meal plan and macro targets designed specifically for your goal—whether that’s fat loss, lean muscle gain, body recomposition, or improved performance.

Step 3 – Track Your Nutrition in the App
